李良，中国政法大学全面依法治国研究院副教授、硕士生导师，国际竞争政策组织撰稿人，国际竞争法学术组织成员。

Dr Liang LI is an Associate Professor and an MA tutor at the Academy for the Rule of Law, China University of Political Science and Law. She is an author at the Competition Policy International and a member of ASCOLA.

研究方向：竞争法/反垄断法、法与经济学、科技与法律、数据与个人信息保护

Research Interests: Competition/Antitrust Law, Law and Economics, Law and Technology, Data Protection Regulations/Personal Information Protection Law

教育与工作经历：中国政法大法学学士、经济法学硕士（保送），剑桥大学法学博士、欧盟法PEPP项目联合培养博士、2019年哈佛法学院访问学者。曾为《剑桥国际法律期刊》团队成员，参与期刊日常事务、参与组织第七届《剑桥国际法律期刊》年会及学术会议等，是剑桥大学“法律、科技与社会研讨组”发起期成员。曾在最高人民法院、银监会、国内外著名律所和学术研究中心有实习和工作经历。

Work Experience

Dr Li used to be a team member of the Cambridge International Law Journal and co-organised the 7^th Annual Conference of the Cambridge International Law Journal. She was a member of the Cambridge University Critical Perspectives on Law, Technology, and Society discussion group. She also had internship working experience at the Supreme People’s Court of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, UK magic circle law firms, leading domestic law firms and research institutions.

4. Provided advice on the Scholarly Opinion on the Revision of Antitrust Law of China proposed by the Centre for Competition Law of China University of Political Science and Law

5. Researched on the Self-regulation of Peer-to-peer Lending Platforms and reported at a conference participated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, China Banking Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, scholars and representatives of peer-to-peer lending platforms

1. 曾参加《人大法律评论》与《法律和社会科学》合办的“法律、科技与科幻”会议并做主题发言；

2. 曾作为受邀的四位青年学者之一，参加第14届ASCOLA国际竞争法学者年会，并就自己的研究课题做席间演讲（该会议是国际竞争法领域的重要会议，汇集剑桥大学、牛津大学、芝加哥大学、哈佛大学等全球竞争法/反垄断法研究重点院校以及欧盟委员会、美国联邦交易委员会等重要执法机构的资深教授和专家）；

3. 曾参加第八届剑桥国际法年会（Cambridge International Law Conference），并就研究课题 Revisiting the Theories of Harm for Global Competition Governance on the Digital Economy 做主题发言，该研究是当年唯一入选的竞争法/反垄断法类研究。
