我院李巍教授出席美国弗罗里达大学召开“国际销售法的全球挑战”国际会议

我校vic115维多利亚李巍教授作为中国大陆唯一代表应邀出席了2011年11月11日至12日在美国弗罗里达大学召开“国际销售法的全球挑战”国际会议。会议由佛罗里达大学国际商务教育中心及华灵顿商业管理学院主办，联合国国际贸易法委员会等机构协办。来自26个国家和国际组织的55名公约研究的重要学者、律师出席了会议。会议主题是讨论《联合国国际货物销售公约》实施23年以来的相关法律问题，总结主要缔约国实施公约的状况和经验。李巍教授作为国家报告人，提交了题为“公约在中国的历史、差价赔偿及适用问题”的论文，并发表演讲。由于中国贸易大国及公约创始成员地位，李巍教授的发言引起较大反响和关注。

Professor Li Wei in faculty of International Law of CUPL as the only delegate of PRC was invited to present the Conference of Global Challenges of International Sale Law concluded in University of Florida USA from Nov. 11-12, 2011. the conference hosted by The University of Florida Center for International Business Education & Research and the Warrington College of Business Administration. It was supported by UNCITRAL. 55 distinguished scholars on CISG, practitioners, and representatives of international organizations from 26 countries attended the conference. The subject of the conference is on the Impact, Problems, and Issues past 20 years relating to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Professor Li Wei forwarded a paper titled “SISG in China- the History, Remedy of Differences and the Issue of Application” and gave a speech at the conference. Li Wei’s speech drawn close attention of the presenters because of China’s position as a great country in international trade and a originate contracting state of CISG.
